Flexitech Ltd. was founded in April 1999 by Leonid Kleiner, an engineer with extensive experience in printing technology. At first the company was operated under the auspices of the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade at its “Yozmot HaEmek” Technological Incubator in Migdal HaEmek. The company has developed an innovative, patented precise screen-printing process to be applied, inter alia, to the production of heating elements. The process has been adapted to this application from the printing industry. It allows for very cost effective production of thick-film heaters (TFH), metal core ceramic coated printed circuit boards (PCB), thermal sensors, transparent heaters, smart cards, smart labels, printed antennas and other thick-film production on rigid and flexible substrates. Today Flexitech is the growing Start-up company with the modern process equipment, allowing to let out up to 600 square meters of production monthly. The industrial line consists of preparatory branch, a clean room with the precision printing equipment and high-quality BTU furnace with width of the conveyor of 25 inches.
