Case Study: Content vs. Pictures in B2B Marketing ...and the WINNER is

We are always running B2B lead generation campaigns for Israeli export companies. 

 

Therefore I can only speak from my personal experience working with many companies across many different industries.

 

When it's time to launch a B2B lead generation campaign - Companies will often insist on promoting case studies (or what ever content exists).

 

However, I've been finding that when I promote a simple picture - that 'simple picture' is usually worth a thousand case studies.

 

Even in the most complicated industries.

 

(I'll promote a simple picture with very little content.)

 

What is a simple picture?

 

Here are a few samples of simple pictures that I've been using:

 

(Title begins with) "Picture of"

  • "....Dr. Joe from Nashville Using Our Device in his Clinic"
  • "....Our Products on the Shelves of TJ Max"
  • "....of our surveillance cameras being installed around JFK Airport" 

Break the ice right away. Show off your products in action and give your target market a reason to read your content.
