Yesterday, the Skylimit team conducted a workshop for companies seeking to enter new markets.

 

The purpose of this workshop is to help companies define their strategy and to introduce techniques to implement the strategy plan.

 

Creating a proper strategy plan is the first step to opening new markets and the bridge between a company's strategy plan and entering new markets is their ability to research and identify the most relevant distributors in the market/country they are seeking to enter.
